Constitutional and Civil Rights
"It's just a goddamned piece of paper!" -George W. Bush in reference to the Constitution!
The founders of the United States rejected the idea of being ruled over by a hierarchy of royalty and proclaimed that “all men are created equal” in the Declaration of Independence, this idea was radical at the time and destroyed the long held notion of royal-classicism that our founders were subject to. This started in motion the formation of the freest nation ever destroying other paradigms of racism, and sexism. This liberation of people and the resulting bastion of freedom of the USA resulted in an explosion of technology and innovation never before seen, as the chains of oppression were lifted for all sectors of society the amount of available minds greatly increased allowing for these innovations. When designing the governmental system for this new world the founding fathers wrote the Constitution with the tyranny they had just escaped fresh in their minds and wrote this document giving the public the tools needed to preserve this freedom. One of the greatest tools they gave us was what allowed them to fight the British and form our country, the right to bear arms. They knew that an armed nation is a nation that can fight against tyranny. It saddens patriot Americans to see an open assault on our freedoms and rights, and the tyrants that seek to destroy our freedoms are doing so by obliterating the Constitution/Bill of Rights and by demonizing the founders of this great nation. See the following video clip of a law enforcement meeting where they call our founding fathers terrorists, this shocking video is what is being taught across the country to nullify the safeguards our founding fathers gave us to protect against tyranny!
Who would want to take away our rights and freedom? History has shown that tyrannical governments always restrict or remove the liberties of the people, and the deterioration of rights is occurring on many fronts at a staggering pace. Sadly the laws have changed drastically because of 9/11 to restrict our freedoms under the guise of protection and safety. This is best illustrated by the so called “Patriot Act”, which actually eliminates entire portions of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Benjamin Franklin is quoted as having said, “Those who would trade liberty for security deserve neither liberty nor security”, the Patriot Act is the exact situation he was referring to. This outrageous piece of legislation has been passed over and over again by democrats and republicans eluding to the underlying agenda that both parties are working to achieve. The following chart shows a brief overview of this un-American legislation and how it removes entire sections of the liberty ensuring Constitution/Bill of Rights.
US Constitution (Bill of Rights)
US Patriot Act

|Amendment VI: … to be confronted with the witnesses against him …||Right to liberty: Americans may be jailed without being charged or being able to confront witnesses against them. US citizens (labeled “unlawful combatants”) have been held incommunicado and refused attorneys.|
Making the matter worse is the fact that the ‘Patriot Act’ is being used in cases that have nothing to do with terrorism! That is unless you consider a pot smoker a terrorist, or peaceful war protesters terrorists… and the government does! In fact there is a portion of the bill that says ANY criminal cases can be labeled terrorism, and it has been shown that there are enormous amounts of cases that use the patriot act that are non-terrorism related. The director of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Washington Legislative Office is quoted as saying in reference to the Patriot Act; “In the panic following the events of 9/11, our nation’s lawmakers hastily expanded the government’s authority to a dangerous level and opened a Pandora’s box of surveillance.” (credit; http://www.aclu.org/national-security/aclu-releases-comprehensive-report-patriot-act-abuses)
Bush is quoted as having said the terrorists attacked us on 9/11 because they “hated our freedoms”, as ridiculous as this sounds it is characteristic of the rampant hypocrisy because if this were true then that means Bush is helping the “terrorists” accomplish their goal with the Patriot Act! Looking at it from another, probably more accurate angle, it turns out that the Bush quote is spot on, depending on who the “terrorists” actually are… it is clear somebody wants to destroy the freedoms of the American people and the state itself has done the most to take away our freedoms than any other entity! Bush has done much to deteriorate our rights, maybe more than any other president, it was clear that the people wanted the country to go in a different direction as they were seeing through the bullsh_t and they genuinely thought Obama could bring about change as he said he would. Obama ran his campaign on repealing the Patriot Act, ending the wars, stopping the Bush program of torture and extraordinary rendition program (shipping detainees to other countries to be tortured), upholding the Constitution (he is a Constitutional lawyer), ending NAFTA and GATT, and promised to have an extremely transparent presidency, among other hollow commitments. Obama not only failed to deliver any of these promises but in many cases he escalated them making them much worse, expanding the wars and the attacks on our liberties as well as other things such as forcing whistle-blowers into a much more hostile environment in a blatant move to keep the wrong doers safe and the good people that wish to change the dangerous or immoral situation which will enable and promote corruption and decadence. Additionally Obama asked for language that allows for the indefinite detention of Americans and even killing them without a trial in the National Defense Authorization Act 2012, in the worst legislation of our time violating the the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Amendments, and nine states have taken the administration to court and as of 9-2012, the Obama legal team has had an injunction applied to the law by a New York Judge making it illegal but they refuse to say if they will abide by the courts ruling. It’s becoming abundantly clear that whether it’s Republicans (Bush) or Democrats (Obama) the overall agenda continues as the president is not the play maker he is made out to be and is only a figure head, and puppet, for the elite bankers, corporate powers and globalist controllers. They know that the only way to complete the agenda of bringing total tyranny to America is to take away the peoples liberties and disarm the public, once again under the guise of protection and safety.
Also being demonized are the freedom fighters that rally against these tyrannical policies and people. Good officers of the law, who actually are there to protect and serve the public leaked documents given to them by the Feds that warn police that people with Ron Paul bumper stickers, or don’t like being in the United Nations, or use New World Order in a derogatory manner, or even that people interested in the Constitution could be home grown terrorists! The following are snapshots of the actual documents, and sadly this is but one example of many that were sent across the country. This seems to validate what many have been saying since even before 9/11/01 that is the real targets are not boogieman radical Islamic terrorists rather American citizens, specifically freedom loving red blooded Americans that are informed and know their rights, who want to uphold the tenets of the Constitution.
Other MIAC, Homeland Security and other documents as well as Law Enforcement documents relate to being a terrorist things such as ‘acting normal, blue jeans, animal rights, talking about the constitution, speaking about their rights’… I kid you not, it sounds crazy but it is true, you can’t make this up, it is absolute insanity and abundantly clear that all this security and the move to trading liberty for security to the erosion of the American public peoples rights. There have been attacks on other rights such as the designation of free speech zones, where you have to get permits in order to practice your 1st amendment free speech rights. If you want to protest in certain cities you have to apply for a permit, and they will give you a designated many times far away from the event you are protesting and often their are cages that corral the ones speaking out! Or in some cases they will just deny the application. In either case it is a way for the system to deal with those pesky freedom of speech and right to assemble rights, which are sadly becoming a growing trend. Also, in the past year they have really ramped up the restrictions on travel throughout the TSA, where to fly on a plane you are forced to go through a ‘naked body scanner’ which are exempt from being regulated for the amount of radioactivity and they refuse to released important information regarding the amount of calibration and amount of radiation being emitted, so these machines are both degrading and potentially dangerous. Travers can opt out but then they have to be groped by TSA agents by having their genitals fondled (even children can be scanned violating child porn laws, or fondled or the equivalent of child molestation), these heinous actions have resulted in vast amounts of complaints of these misuses and lawsuits. This is a clear violation of the law, even a police officer cannot subject innocent people to these types of sexual assault type of searches as they are illegal. Making it worse the TSA is set to expand to ALL forms of travel including already bringing these tyrannical techniques to subways, trains, and highways (see Viper Teams). I don’t think Americans will stand for this and hope to write an update to this soon… But what they are doing is treating everyone like they are guilty until proven innocent and the proving step is done in an unlawful way! This runs contrary to how the normal innocent until proven guilty, the things being done today are very distressing and seem to be the crumbling of our once great nation before our eyes.
After 9/11 regular people are labeled potential terrorists and law enforcement and intelligence agencies are alerted of the danger, new systems were put in place to intercept ALL communications (a blatant violation of our constitutional rights), and there are more projects that are leading to a total A.I. computer system that connects everything from red-light and other “security” cameras (which have face/license plate scanning/recognition capabilities) to monitoring and storing internet habits, collecting smart phone information (which includes GPS information, contact lists…) and are being hooked into the Echelon system that is going towards the complete invasion and cataloging of the American (and international as well) public’s personal lives. Privacy is becoming a thing of the past and unless things change, unless we put our foot down we are going to end up in a 1984 nightmarish hellhole! We still have the power, we can still make our voices heard, there still is time if we act…
Another thing to consider is the benefit that these restrictions have, you know if you were to ignore the horrid butchering of our civil and constitutional rights. The question is how at risk are you to an attack from a terrorist? Well let’s look at this. Statistics show that the threat of terrorism for a US civilian is approximately 1 in 25 million!
The Wall Street Journal puts it this way in their article (http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704130904574644651587677752.html)
“(1) America is a country of 310 million people, in which thousands of horrible things happen every single day; and
(2) The chances that one of those horrible things will be that you’re subjected to a terrorist attack can, for all practical purposes, be calculated as zero.”
So we have outlined what has been given up and for what, for statistically NOTHING!
When asked what form of government is best Benjamin Franklin said “A Republic if you can keep it.” This alludes to the problem that all free societies will inevitably face, because there will always be those elites that want power and control. It points to the underlying point of this page, that freedom is not free and is not a spectator event, and that the citizens must fight to keep it. We are luckily in America that the founding fathers passed down the tools needed to keep our freedoms if enough people actually choose to do so… this means that citizens have to demand that their rights be upheld, the politicians that vote for unjust measures must be removed from office, and it means that law enforcement officers, politicians, and members in the military uphold the oath they take to protect the Constitution and refuse to follow illegal or unjust orders. Our great country is in danger and it is going to take all patriots across this great land to take back our country at any cost! If all else fails and as a very last resort then our country must be taken back by force just as our founding fathers intended and how our country was founded, but we need to do all we can to avoid letting it get to this point, we are not at this juncture yet but we will get to that point if the people do not stand up for themselves now!
